The Primal Member Spotlight for February 2023 is Erin C!

Erin has been with Team Primal since July of 2022. She is a physician and competitive weight lifter. Despite her long work hours and long gym sessions she finds the time to get her mobility work done! She came to us to get ready for a competition and recover from some knee issues and blew her comp out of the water. Her consistency and communication help her see big results and continue making progress!
