THE END RANGE PROGRAMĀ TERMS OF SERVICEĀ Ā 

By purchasing a membership to The End Range Program (ERP), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Membership

  • Your membership provides access to the training tracks, studio programs, mobility toppers, and educational content made available within The End Range Program platform.

  • Membership does not include access to private coaching, assessments, or other programs or services outside of ERP, unless explicitly stated.

Lifetime Access (if applicable)

  • ā€œLifetime accessā€ is defined as access to The End Range Program for as long as Primal Mobility continues to offer it.

  • If ERP is ever discontinued or deprecated for any reason, there will be no replacement product, service, or compensation provided to Lifetime Members.

Subscription Access (if applicable)

  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee after any applicable trial period (limited to one free trial per user).

  • You accept responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your account settings.

  • We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that are not canceled in time, nor do we offer prorated refunds on 3- or 12-month subscriptions.

  • In the event of a cancellation or failed payment, your account and training history may be deleted and access to ERP removed.

Non-Refundable Purchase

  • All purchases (lifetime or subscription) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

No Guarantee of Program Longevity

  • Primal Mobility makes no representations or guarantees about the duration of ERPā€™s availability.

  • While ERP is active, members will have access. If ERP is discontinued, members understand and agree that no further products, services, or substitutions will be provided.

Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or reassigned to another person or account.

Changes to Program Content

  • Primal Mobility reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content, structure, or delivery format of ERP at any time without prior notice.

Restrictions on Use

By purchasing any ERP membership, you agree to:

  • Not rent, share, re-sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense access to any third party.

  • Not publicly post ERP content (workouts, videos, guides, or programs) on platforms accessible to a wider audience.

  • Personal memberships grant you access for individual use only.

  • Gym licenses or special agreements (if applicable) entitle you to share programming with clients or groups only in private settings (e.g., within your gym or a closed/private group).

Disclaimer of Liability

  • Participation in ERP involves physical activity. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety.

  • Primal Mobility is not liable for any injury, condition, or damages resulting from your participation in ERP. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership (subscription or lifetime), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Primal Mobility regarding ERP membership.
