THE END RANGE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing or participating in The End Range Program (“ERP”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set by Primal Mobility Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
1. Program Overview
The End Range Program (ERP) is a strength-based mobility training program designed to support improved movement, performance, and joint capacity.
ERP is delivered through a digital platform and includes structured programming, educational content, studio programs, mobility toppers, and community features.
2. Scope of Membership
Your membership provides access to the content made available within the ERP platform.
Membership does not include access to:
- Private coaching
- Individual assessments
- Other programs or services outside of ERP
unless explicitly stated.
3. Membership Eligibility & Use
- Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use only
- You may not share, sell, or assign your account to another person
- Sharing login credentials or distributing content is strictly prohibited
Gym licenses or special agreements (if applicable) allow limited sharing only within private environments (e.g., your gym or private group), as explicitly permitted.
4. Billing, Subscription & Refunds
ERP operates on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise specified.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal
- By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method
- Free trials (if offered) are limited to one per user
Refund Policy
- All purchases (subscription or lifetime) are final
- No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances
- Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time
5. Communication & Contact Consent
By purchasing or participating in ERP, you agree that Primal Mobility Inc. may contact you via:
- SMS / text message
- Messaging platforms (e.g., Instagram, Mobility Platform)
for purposes including but not limited to:
- Failed or overdue payment notifications
- Account updates or access issues
- Program-related updates or important announcements
- Customer support or onboarding communication
You acknowledge that standard messaging and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time; however, the Company reserves the right to continue sending essential service-related communications required for account management and program access.
6. Failed Payments & Account Access
In the event of a failed or overdue payment:
- Access to ERP may be suspended immediately
- The Company may attempt to reprocess payment and/or contact you using provided contact information
- Continued failure to resolve payment may result in permanent account removal and deletion of associated data
Reinstatement of access is at the sole discretion of the Company.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your "Account Hub".
- Cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing date
- Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time
8. Lifetime Access (if applicable)
“Lifetime access” is defined as access to ERP for as long as Primal Mobility continues to offer it.
If ERP is discontinued, deprecated, or replaced for any reason:
- Access will end
- No replacement product, service, or compensation will be provided
9. No Guarantee of Program Longevity
Primal Mobility makes no guarantees regarding the duration or continued availability of ERP.
Members acknowledge that ERP may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time without obligation to provide alternative services or compensation.
10. Program Expectations
ERP is designed to deliver results through consistent participation and intentional effort.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Results depend on consistency, effort, and adherence
- Recommended usage is 3-5Â sessions per week
- Progress varies based on individual factors, including training history
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.
11. Changes to Program Content
Primal Mobility reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any aspect of ERP at any time, including:
- Programming
- Content structure
- Delivery format
without prior notice.
12. Restrictions on Use
By purchasing ERP, you agree to:
- Not rent, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to any third party
- Not reproduce, copy, or publicly share ERP content (including workouts, videos, guides, or programs)
- Not reverse engineer or misuse any part of the platform
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
13. Intellectual Property
All ERP content, including but not limited to videos, programming, written materials, branding, and systems, is the property of Primal Mobility Inc.
All rights are reserved.
14. Data Retention & Deletion
The Company reserves the right to delete user data, including but not limited to:
- Training history
- Account information
- Progress tracking
Data may be removed following cancellation, inactivity, or failed payment.
The Company is not responsible for restoring data once access has been terminated.
15. Right to Refuse or Revoke Access
Primal Mobility Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to ERP at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform or content
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior within the community
- Actions that negatively impact the Company or its members
16. Disclaimer of Liability
Participation in ERP involves physical activity.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity
- You are responsible for your own health and safety
- You assume all risks associated with participation
Primal Mobility Inc. is not liable for any injury, condition, or damages resulting from your participation.
Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.
17. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent loss of access to ERP
We encourage members to contact support to resolve any billing concerns.
18. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results may vary.
Primal Mobility Inc. makes no guarantees regarding:
- Pain reduction
- Performance improvements
- Mobility gains
19. Modifications to Terms
Primal Mobility reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of ERP constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
21. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership (subscription or lifetime), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Primal Mobility regarding ERP.
