HOW TO BECOME A CERTIFIED PRIMAL MOBILITY COACH?
All Primal coaches are Certified Primal Mobility Coaches. In order to qualify as a Primal coach, you must go through our Primal Coaching Certification.
Though this Certification program, you will become a Certified Primal Mobility Coach with Primal Mobility and we, the owners of Primal, will be right there with you to help you build your online business as a Mobility Coach.
During your entire career at Primal you will never be alone. During the entire process, from completing the course to building your business, you'll work very closely with the Owner & Head Coach of Primal Mobility, Matt Phili. You will be challenged personally and professional and be pushed to succeed as a Primal Mobility Coach.
THE PRIMAL COACHING CERTIFICATION, HOW DOES IT WORK?
The course facilitates self-directed learning, while having Primal's head coach and wonder, Matt Phili, work hand in hand with you to enable a rich and collaborative experience. The Primal Coaching Certification Program will provide deep, individual design program knowledge, implementation tools, and practice application needed to build a successful online career with Primal as a Certified Mobility Coach and drive long term results and success for your future clients.
The Primal Coaching Certification is broken down into 3 components - Hands-on, Theory, Practical.
The first two weeks are extremely hands-on. You'll become a 1:1 mobility client so you can experience first hand what it's like to experience Primal Coaching. This is so you can understand the process of how a client should be onboarded, how our exercises feel, what the clients feels and see on the other end so that you can be a better coach when you get that first client.
The next phase of the course is focused on Theory which is delivered through online modules. It covered everything from the Primal Method, our coaching approach, how to build a successful online coaching business social media fundamentals and much more! We'll develop and seek clarity on you as a Mobility Coach, what your Client Relationship will look like, what you as the professional and as a mobility coach with Primal needs to know, and have you understanding what your roaster and client building will look like as a Primal Mobility Coach.
The finally the Practical. You will take everything you learned and complete your final to demonstrate your programming skills.
