Step 3. Take Your "Before" Progress Pictures
A great way to quickly track your mobility progress is through our 4 progress photos. These photos will help your coach quickly see how your body is responding to the programming. You can use the images below as a guide, and post them in the Members-Only Facebook Group with your introduction so we know it's your starting point!
Hereâs how to do it:Â
- Make sure you are bare feet
- Wear tight-fitting clothes
- Ensure the photos are VERY clear, so itâs easy to assess and see the differences!Â
Hereâs what the photos should look likeđ

*Keep these photos in your camera roll to refer back to throughout your Primal Mobility journey!*

But before we dive in...
Primal's Golden Rule: Neverđ ApproachđPain
If you experience pain in a movement, having open communication with your coach is critical!
Our golden rule at Primal is ânever approach pain,â as it can cause a âprotectiveâ response from the body and be counterproductive towards your goals. In a world where we tend to live by the "no pain, no gain" mantra, it might be a natural reaction to try to push through pain...don't do it!
Be sure to reach out to our coaches in the community and ask how to move forward.Â
They might offer suggestions on scaling the movement, substituting it for something else entirely, or even just skipping it altogether and revisiting it in a few weeks.
Part 3. About The TeamPrimal Coaching Experience
We know how hard it can be to tackle pain, discomfort, and challenges, which is why youâll be backed up by the Primal Mobility team of coaches đŞÂ
Â
1. TeamPrimal Program
Youâll see one week of programming at a time, and inside the head coaches notes, youâll see each session's intention. Here is a breakdown of the mobility program available to you. You'll have 4 Primal Mobility Tracks as part of your TeamPrimal Program.

#PrimalWOD
The PrimalWOD follows a 6-week cycle schedule that helps build strong range of motion in a strategic way.
- Each cycle consists of 6 movements that progressively build upon one another for the greatest results.
- Each PrimalWOD workout is 4 exercises long and will take roughy 20-30 minutes to complete (note that as you gain familiarity with our movements, the time investment will decrease).

#Accessories
This track follows the Primal Big 3 (Ankles, Hips, Thoracic Spine) to help you accumulate more mobility work toward your bigger weaknesses.
In this track you will see:
- Ankles 1, 2, 3
- Hips 1,2,3, and
- Thoracic 1,2,3.
Only one of which (either ankles, hips, or thoracic) should be added on top of your PrimalWOD training up to 3 x per week. Ex. Ankles 1 should be done on Monday, Ankles 2 should be done on Wednesday, and Ankles 3 should be done on Friday. Your coach can help guide you on which area to focus on.

#PrimalWarmups
This track is a great way to help you prepare for any training session you have coming up. In this track, you’ll find warmups for workouts that are focused on:
- Squats
- Snatches
- Upper body dominant
- Lower body dominant
- Deadlifts
- Bench press
- +More
You will also see our “Good morning”, "Good night”, and “10-min desk break” routines in this track which are great for getting some additional movement in throughout the day.

PrimalRecovery
Our recovery track is designed to help calm the nervous system and prime your body for a state of recovery. Each recovery routine has a unique focus depending on your needs so feel free to jump in and explore these as a way to cool down from your workouts, or get some extra movement in after a long day!

2. Getting Personalized Feedback
With your Primal Mobility program, you have access to all Certified Primal Mobility coaches within the Members-Only Facebook community to provide you with coaching support and help you overcome any obstacles you may face along the way. Youâll benefit from the entire Primal teams knowledge and experience.
If a coach needs additional support or information to help answer your questions, we have a team of professionals behind us (including a few physical therapists) to consult and ensure you are getting what you need.Â

Progress Photo Check-In
Youâll receive an email notification to complete and submit your photos to the Members-only Facebook Group.Â
