ASS-TO-GRASS SQUAT DEPTH CHALLENGE
Today's big focus is CONTROL. The eccentric dorsiflexion and hip hurdles are challenging movements so your first reaction may be to move quickly. Stay intentional on move SLOW through the exercises and control into those weaker areas. **Make sure to take a photo of your squat from the side after today’s routine!**
Frog Hip I.R PAILS/RAILS: 1 set x 2 minutes hold; 15 seconds PAILS/15 seconds RAILS; 30 seconds hold; 15 seconds PAILS/15 seconds RAILS
REST 45 SECS
Superset x 2 Sets:
1. Eccentric Dorsiflexion x 5-7 reps/side (7 seconds eccentric)
2. Hip Hurdles x 5-6 reps/side
