ASS-TO-GRASS SQUAT DEPTH CHALLENGE
The intention of this session is to challenge your mobility with intensity. As fatigue builds up, make sure to maintain focus on controlling your movements. You may experience some DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) from this routine which is totally normal!
Circuit x 3 Sets:
1. Thoracic Extension Foam Roller x 6-8 reps
2. Greatest Stretch Ever x 5-6 reps/side
3. Active Hip I.R x 6-8 reps
REST 45 SECS
REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 TIMES
