ASS-TO-GRASS SQUAT DEPTH CHALLENGE
Today’s routine focuses on opening up the hips in internal and external rotation and warming up the squatting positions before the longer hold. Be sure to move slowly and control your way through each rep to get the most out of the movements.
Squat Hold: 1 set x Accumulate 1 minute
REST 30 SECS
Circuit x 3 Sets:
1. Tactical Frog x 6 reps/side
2. Eccentric Hip Flexor x 5 reps/side (5 seconds eccentric)
3. Eccentric Sumo Squat x 8 reps (5 seconds eccentric + 5 seconds hold in end range)
REST 45 SECS
REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 TIMES
