Progress Photos

Before starting your first workout, take "before" photos of your deepest squat position. Snap one from the front and one from the side to capture your current range.

Let's get started.

Step 1. Take Your Progress Photos

One of the best ways to see if your mobility training is making an impact is with progress pictures. You can use the images below as a guide.

The only thing I ask, if you're completely comfortable with it, of course, is to share your progress pictures with me. You can send them to me here!

Here’s how to do it:

  • Make sure you have bare feet
  • Wear tight-fitting clothes
  • Ensure the photos are VERY clear, so it’s easy to assess and see the differences!
  • Take photos at eye level

Here’s what the photos should look like:

Step 2: Complete the 5 Day Program

Remember, it doesn't matter what time of day you get it done...as long as it gets done.

That being said, make sure to ditch the distractions during your mobility and remain focused, so you make the most the mobility workout.

Step 3: Retake Your Program Photos

Once you're done the 5 days, retake your photos and send them over to me! I want to celebrate those wins with you!

Remember, if you have questions or are feeling stuck during the program, please text me directly.
