OWN YOUR SQUAT.
10 days of progressive, strength-based mobility designed to help you build a deeper, stronger squat — and actually own the positions you're working so damn hard to get into.

YOU WOULDN'T TRAIN
STRENGTH THIS WAY...
Imagine walking into the gym, picking a few random exercises, doing them for a couple minutes, and calling it your strength program.
Pretty ridiculous, right?
And yet... that's basically how most people train mobility.
Then you wonder why your squat still feels exactly the same.
Progression. Intent. Load. Control. Getting stronger in the ranges you actually want to use.
That's exactly what we're going to do for 10 days.
10 DAYS.
ONE FOCUS.
Build a deeper squat that you can actually OWN.
We're going to train the pieces that actually contribute to your squat — then build the strength and control to use the range you create.
No guesswork. Just show up and train.

YOUR SQUAT ISN'T
JUST YOUR HIPS.
A strong deep squat is a full-body position. We're going after the pieces that help you get there — and then teaching your body to actually use them.
ANKLES
Create room to move forward.
HIPS
Create space at the bottom.
SPINE
Keep your position organized.
END-RANGE
STRENGTH
This is where everything changes.
THIS CHALLENGE
IS FOR YOU IF...
Tap the one that sounds most like your squat. Or, let's be real, probably more than one.
Range you can access unloaded isn't always range you can control under load. We're going to work on making that deeper position stronger — not just available.
Getting into the position is step one. Owning it is something completely different. We'll build stability, control and strength where you currently feel weakest.
Instead of hammering the same stretch again and again, we'll train the ranges your ankles and hips need for your squat and progressively teach you to use them.
Stretching. Foam rolling. Saved Instagram drills. Different exercises every week. Same damn restrictions. It's probably not that you need more exercises. You need progression.
Good. That's exactly how we approach it. Mobility doesn't have to be the boring thing you do because you feel stiff. It can — and should — be trained progressively.
You don't need to become
MORE FLEXIBLE.You need to become
STRONGER IN YOUR RANGE.

REACHING A POSITION
AND OWNING IT
ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
We don't believe mobility should be something you do off in the corner of the gym because your body feels like shit.
We believe it should be trained.
WITH YOUR SQUAT.
