One of the best ways to see your progress is with pictures. You can use the images below as a guide. Keep these photos in your camera roll to compare later (and submit for a badass free gift 🤟)

Here's how to do it:

  • Make sure you are bare feet
  • Wear tight-fitting clothes
  • ensure the photos are VERY clear, so it's easy to assess and see the differences!
