WHAT IS THE END RANGE PROGRAM?

Great question, Here's the rundown:

 

✔ PrimalWOD

  • 7 Days Per Week
  • 4 exercises per day (roughly 20-30 minutes)
  • Follows 6 week mesocycles
  • Strategically designed to get you feeling free, comfortable, and strong in ANY position that you find yourself in under the barbell

This is Primal's bread and butter. As the name suggests, it's our mobility "workout of the day". It follows systematic 6-week cycles that apply progressive overload principles to help you improve performance under the barbell, and eliminate your pain.

Over the past 5 years this program has been tried and tested with thousands of athletes. It's the only mobility program you'll ever need, and the results you'll experience will blow away your expectations.

✔ Warm-up Track

  • Over 13 different Movement specific workout primers (listed below)
  • Dynamic and active - no static stretching
  • Quick and to the point
  • Designed to make sure your muscles and joints feel prepared to take on the stress of a heavy barbell

The warmups you'll have access to are Weightlifting 1, 2, & 3, Squat, Deadlift, Running, Snatch/OHS, Sumo Deadlift, Bench Press, Upper body, Lower body, Full Body, Clean & Jerk, and even a 10-min Desk Break!

✔ Recovery Track

  • Access to 10 Recovery focused workouts 
  • Passive, flow based movements
  • Designed to calm the nervous system, encourage recovery and reduce muscle soreness

These are typically full body, flow, and passive routines to get your body feeling incredible after a day of hard work.

✔ Exercise Library

  • Access to over 200 strength-based mobility exercises
  • Great for learning new ways to approach your problem areas
  • Find an exercise to immediately solve any mobility issue you're dealing with in the moment

Regardless of what you're looking to achieve in the moment, whether that's stretch out some tight muscles, or feel strong and stable in your deepest ranges of motion, our library is filled with hundreds of exercises that will solve your problem.   • Access to Primal Mobility coaches
